Personal data could be shared with: i) third parties to which Confindustria appoints certain services offered on the Website; ii) public or private institutions in order to fulfil law obligations.
The subjects to whom the personal data refer to have the right to obtain the confirmation of the validity of said data, their update or integrations. Moreover, these subjects can request the complete or partial cancellation of incomplete, false or illegal information and can deny the processing of data due to legitimate reasons.
